Accuracy of content
Every care has been taken in the content of this website, in particular to ensure that the details, description and prices quoted are correct at the time of publishing. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered and delivery charges, as set out in the delivery options section of this website.
Description of products
All of our products are handmade and hand painted and as such every piece is individual. Whilst every effort is made to ensure colour reproduction is a close representation, variations will occur. We cannot be held responsible for these variations.
Payment
The preferred methods of payment are via Worldpay and/or Paypal. Using these methods of payment means that, at no time do we have access to your credit/debit card details. You confirm that the credit or debit card being used is yours. If for any reason your card issuer/bank refuses to authorise payment, we will not be liable for any subsequent delay or non-delivery of goods. We retain the legal ownership of all goods until payment is made in full. Should any refunds be issued, legal ownership of all goods will revert to us.
Availability
All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the good/s that you have ordered are not available.
Cancellation rights
In accordance with the UK Distance Selling Regulations, you are entitled to cancel this contract if you so wish within 7 working days, commencing on the day following delivery of the products. If you wish to cancel your contract under these regulations please follow the procedure set out in our Returns and Refunds section below.
Please note that the above cancellation rights do not apply to personalised orders, made to order or products sold as seconds.
Returns and refunds
If you are in anyway unhappy with your order, we would ask that you notify us as soon as possible, and within 7 days of receipt. The goods should then be returned to us in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
We will only refund the purchase price paid for the goods excluding any original postage and you will be responsible for the return postage.
If a non-faulty product is returned and is not in fully re-saleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.
Refunds will only be made once the returned products are received by us.
Items purchased from our online website, can only be returned directly to us and not to any subsidiary or independent retailer or stockist.
We reserve, at our discretion, the right to request photographic evidence of broken or damaged goods, before authorising a replacement.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

(Next day delivery will be made via courier on the next working day for all orders placed before 10.00am).
We cannot provide next day delivery on weekends or during bank holidays. Next day deliveries will therefore be made within 2 working days.
It should be noted that we shall not be liable for any loss, damage or expense arising from any delay in delivery from any cause whatsoever.
Governing law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
